Meet Dr. McNamara
Dr. McNamara was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. Her first experiences were with family pets and working with and caring for thoroughbred horses. She attended the University of Kentucky for a B.S. degree in animal science with a heavy concentration in biology. Dr. Mac then ventured to Ross University Veterinary School where she met her husband, Dr. Abadia. Her last clinical year was at Auburn University, where she and her husband were married. They now have two daughters, Elora and Isabella, along with four dogs and a cat.
Dr. Mac’s focus is to practice high quality medicine for cats and dogs, educating pet parents so that they can be active participants in their pet’s care. She looks forward to serving our community and getting to know all of our valued customers.
